Product Details
The 125 round zirconia nozzle is a composite tundish nozzle, the outer layer is made of aluminum carbon material, and the inner layer is made of zirconia material. The product adopts a press assembly method. After firing the inner layer of zirconia insert, fill it into the mold, and then add the outer layer of aluminum-carbon material.
Compared with the assembly method of fire mud bonding, this assembly method greatly reduces the risk of molten steel flowing out of the gap between the zirconia insert and the aluminum carbon outer layer during use.
